What We Built
We built an intelligent email automation system that handles the full engagement workflow: outreach, reply processing, shipping info extraction, and forwarding fulfillment details to distribution centers.
The system monitors campaign threads and uses LLM classification to identify intent (interest, confirmation, questions, declines). Confirmations trigger structured shipping extraction and fulfillment formatting, while questions get contextual responses. Every action logs to a central oversight dashboard.
The Impact
160 hours/year recovered, faster product shipment within hours of confirmation, and launch completed in 2 weeks.
