1. Engagement terms
- All coaching, workshops, and audits are delivered under a mutually signed SOW. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data, assets, or prompts you share with us.

2. Payment & cancellations
- Invoices are due within 15 days unless stated otherwise in the SOW.
- Workshops canceled with less than 5 business days’ notice may incur a 50% fee to cover prep time.
3. Intellectual property
- You own your existing materials. We retain ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, and training assets.
- Deliverables specific to your workflows are licensed for internal use only unless explicitly transferred.
4. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential and to use it only for the engagement.
- We may reference anonymized outcomes (e.g., “12 hours saved per week”) in marketing unless you object in writing.
